My stay at the hotel was overall satisfactory. The rooms were spacious, larger than other Embassy Suites I have stayed at, but I had some issues with cleanliness affecting my sleep. The staff provided friendly service, although some promised amenities were not delivered. The location was convenient, although the pool area needed attention. My stay at this hotel was like having a small apartment, the rooms were really nice and clean, up to par with my expectations. The location was terrific, centrally located between all our activities, although a little hot at times. The dining experience was good with plenty of choices, but could have been better with more variety each day. The service was really good to us and the staff was friendly and attentive, but there were setbacks with cleanliness issues. Overall, a decent stay but with some areas needing improvement.
